The Committee has decided to place a temporary ban on the use of keepnets at both Bordeaux and Whittlesford.
This is precautionary as some other lakes in the area have been experiencing problems with fish welfare and oxygen levels during the current hot spell.
An exception is allowed for official matches.
We will keep the situation under review. In the meantime, if you see any signs of fish in distress, please let us know as soon as possible, using the ‘contact us’ feature or the blue ‘Message’ button at the top of the Facebook page.
