Saffron Walden Angling Club is the data controller for the purpose of GDPR.The Club Secretary and Treasurer are tasked with dealing with all membership data. We process personal data necessary to administer our membership records and provide services and benefits to members as a recreational Angling Club.
Information retained by the club is confined to name and address of the member and age group ie 12 – 18 years OR 19 years and above. No other special categories are retained. These details are as supplied on membership stubs and are retained for a maximum period of 2 years after which they are destroyed. DATA PROTECTION We need your data as above to maintain a full record of current club members. We will not supply your data to any other party without your prior consent.
