ATTENTION MEMBERS!
As some of you will be aware, we have been testing out the messaging facility of Clubmate to improve the way we can contact members directly. We have sent out some test messages and the results show that the facility works pretty well. However, some of you may not have received either the e-mail or the message via the APP.
To receive emails from the Club via Clubmate, you must have first of all have confirmed / verified the e-mail you registered with. If you have not done this, please do it as soon as possible, as follows:
Sign in to Clubmate via the link:
https://saffronwaldenanglingclub.clubmate.co.uk/register using the e-mail you signed up with. If you cannot remember your password, the system will help you out if you click on ‘Forgot Password’.
If you have not already verified your e-mail you will be asked to do so – Clubmate will send you an e-mail; just follow the instructions to verify your e-mail. After this you will be good to go and will be able to access your Clubmate account from your computer.
To get the full benefits offered by Clubmate we STRONGLY recommend that you download the Clubmate App to your phone [It’s FREE]. Go to the Google Store or APP Store on your phone and search for the Clubmate App. Once you have installed it, you can access your account using the e-mail address you created your account with.
