We are once again running our YOUTH OPEN DAY for 2025.
Saturday 16th August – Bordeaux Pit – Little Chesterford.
10.00am start with the match lasting from 11.00am to 2.00pm
This FREE event is open to 6 to 16 year olds and there is no need to book in advance.
Participants MUST be accompanied by an adult for the duration.
After ‘signing in’, there will be a brief introduction to the day – which is in essence a three hour knock-up match for the youngsters to learn some of the basics of angling from some of our old hands, who will be on hand to assist and advise.
The necessary tackle and bait will be provided.
The day is primarily meant to be a fun introduction to hopefully whet the appetite for more.
