2nd Place – Graham Carter- 58lb 7oz
3rd Place – Peter Jordan – 34lb 12oz
SWAC travelled the short distance to Ashdon for todays match.
On arrival we found that the water has dropped nearly three foot! So everyone had to fish from the lake bed!!
Roger drew peg 15 and had a very slow start rotating lines only managing to find a few silvers. Eventually managed to start putting a number of fish together from the left margin to take the win with 78lb 11oz.
Graham Cater drew peg 18 and used his mid week practice well finding that using a jigger just off the near shelf worked well! He had four F1s and the rest Carp!!! To weigh in 58lb 7oz for second.
Peter Jordan drew peg 14 and switched between Paste/Corn/Maggots and pellets to keep fish coming weighing in 34lb 12oz for third.
