MATCH RESULT – BORDEAUX PIT SUNDAY 19TH APRIL

Fourteen anglers fished the second Bordeaux match of the year, with most registering at least one of the newly stocked Bream.

Ashley Kinsey managed to take the win with sixteen Bream / Skimmers and plenty of small Roach.

Second place went to Mark Roscoe who after a slow start managed seven decent Bream.

Taking third spot was Dean Williams also with seven Bream and a few Roach.

Making up the frame was Dave Forbes with five Bream.

RESULTS:

1st Ashley Kinsey – Peg 3 – 54lb 12oz [Lake peg no 5]

2nd Mark Roscoe – Peg 4 – 24lb 06oz [Lake peg no 3]

3rd Dean Williams – Peg 11 – 23lb 13oz [Lake peg no 34]

4th David Forbes – Peg 2 – 21lb 00z [Lake peg no 6]

A special mention also for Sandy Dickson who bagged a pristine tench of close to 4lb.

Great fishing for most today with eight weights over 14lb, and a total of more than 220lb landed. in all, 59 of the new bigger Bream put in an appearance [about 18% of the total stocked].
